At TRIBAL ORNAMENTS, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the ornaments you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the item back in its original protective jewelry box and use a padded mailing envelope to ensure the delicate materials are not damaged during transit.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
